Firstly, it's important to realize that Hypno-Band is a wonderful treatment that really can produce spectacular results. However, it will require you to believe in yourself, together we can then break down those unwanted habits and beliefs and then get you back on the straight and narrow using this wonderful treatment. So step 1, will be to arrange your FREE initial consultation, where the Hypno-Band Virtual Gastric Band Procedure will be explained to you and we can discuss your eating habits, lifestyle and the possible triggers and anxieties that cause you to comfort eat. This initial consultation is totally Free and allows me to assess of your suitability to this treatment.
Once, the consultation is concluded then The Hypno Band Treatment will run like this: |

GASTRIC BAND HYPNOSIS - SESSION 1: Duration 90 mins |

At Session 1 we will be discovering your awareness regarding your eating habits and associated behaviors. This will be done by completing 2 forms a weight loss questionnaire and a changing behaviors form. This will be followed by your first Hypnosis Session that will last around 30 mins. This Hypnosis session is used to ease you in to Hypnosis and allow your subconscious mind to start accepting some powerful hypnotic suggestions regarding you ability to take back control and see visualize yourself at you target weight, looking and feeling fantastic.
At the end of Session 1 you will receive a relaxing Hypnosis CD to take away with you, that should ideally be listened to at least 4 times before Session 2. You will also be asked to keep a weekly food diary and you will receive your monthly weight chart, once again this is to be filled out by you as you continue through this treatment, so you can easily monitor your progress.
Finally we will arrange session 2 for the following week. |

GASTRIC BAND HYPNOSIS - SESSION 2: Duration 45 mins |

At the start of Session 2, we will firstly check on your progress, it is not uncommon for clients to lose between 3 and 7lbs between Sessions One and Two. Then, I will show you how the Gastric Band Surgery actually works and what a Surgical Gastric Band procedure actually involves. This will once again be followed by another relaxing Hypnosis session that will contain very powerful suggestions that will enter your subconscious and prepare you for Session 3 "Your Surgery Session".
Finally we will arrange session 3 your "Surgery Session" for the following week.

GASTRIC BAND HYPNOSIS - SESSION 3: Duration 45 mins |

Session 3 is your "Gastric Band Surgery" session. Firstly, will we check on your progress over the previous week. Session 1 and 2 have been the build up for your Hypno-Band procedure. Generally, clients feel very excited about session 3 and this is absolutely normal.
Leading up to and following your "Surgery Session" you will be asked to follow some routine Pre and Post Op instructions and you will receive your virtual gastric band "Post-Op" CD that you should listen to every day for a minimum of a week, then if you feel like it you can revert back to your first CD as an ongoing aid to your treatment.

GASTRIC BAND HYPNOSIS - SESSION 4: Duration 45 mins |

Session 4 is available for clients who feel they may need an adjustment to their virtual gastric band, however, adjustment is rarely needed, so session 4 tends to be more of a Reinforcement Session, to check that everything is progressing as expected. Session 4 is usually about 6 weeks after your Surgery Session. |
